Emergency Airdrop

An interesting killstreak reward. It is essentially a care package on crack. It drops 4 random killstreak rewards. Be careful to not get these stolen by the enemy, as in any gametype but hardcore, both teams can see on the minimap where the crates are. Also remeber that killstreak rewards don’t count towards a continuing killstreak, so if you have UAV and Emergency Airdrop and EMP, stuff gotten from the Airdrop does not count towards your kills to get the EMP. That said, the Emergency Airdrop can drastically change the game. I once killed a guy that had just called in an Airdrop and stole all 4 of his crates, and got a Pavelow, an AC130, ammo, and a sentry gun. I kicked ass the rest of the game. It can be very cool, or very annoying. Depends on your play style, gametype, and map. Recieved after an eight killsteak.
